Return and Refund Policy

Returns:

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. All acceptable returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@petittool.com to initiate the return process and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA).

If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at info@petittool.com.

Shipping Return Labels are only valid for 30 days from time of label creation. 

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to, coils, leaders (downspouts), elbows and offsets, guards and screens, sealants, paint, screws, tools, custom products, special orders, and sale items. We do not accept returns on individual pieces or broken boxes (i.e., less than the full quantity). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
