Shipping Policy

Petit Tool ships both domestically and worldwide. Shipping charges will be applied to all order subtotals under the “free shipping” monetary threshold. Orders are shipped daily via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, USPS, and various commercial carriers. Expedited shipping services are available upon request at the buyer’s expense.

Orders may be picked up at our facility in Thomaston, CT, during regular business hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.  

It is required that you call ahead before picking up your order to ensure a quick and efficient transaction.

FOB Origin, meaning the buyer takes full ownership, financial responsibility, and shipping risk the moment products leave the seller's location.
